Establishment of Motor Vehicles Disputes Tribunals and the Appointment of Chairmen and Members
PURSUANT to section 97 (1) and (3) of the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act 1975, I, David Spence Thomson, Minister of Justice, hereby establish the following motor vehicle disputes tribunals to be known as:

1. The Auckland Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal;

2. The Wellington Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal; and

3. The Christchurch Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal.
   and further pursuant to section 97 (3) of the Act, I hereby appoint the following persons to be members of the said tribunals:

   Horatio Tracey David Knight, esquire, barrister and solicitor, of Auckland, to be a member and Chairman;
