MOTOR LAUNCH REGULATIONS 1962
There is no speed restriction for motor launches and water skiers for half a mile north-eastward of the rocky point where the road to Coleridge turns in to Lake Lyndon, as shown marked in solid green on the plan.

Special Order Made by the Otamatea County Council Altering and Determining Riding Boundaries
PURSUANT to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, the Secretary for Local Government hereby publishes the following special order made by the Otamatea County Council.

SPECIAL ORDER
IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Counties Act 1956 the Otamatea County Council resolves by way of special order as follows:
That, pursuant to section 23 of the Counties Act 1956, the boundaries of the Kaiwaka and Mangawhai Ridings are hereby altered to comprise the whole of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
Pursuant to section 88 of the Counties Act 1956, I hereby certify that the above special order has been made.

SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF KAIWAKA RIDING
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Piroa Stream in Block X, Waipu Survey District, in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 152, Kaiwaka Parish, and proceeding southerly generally along a right line across part Section 12, Block X, Waipu Survey District, and a public road to and along that eastern boundary and that boundary produced to and easterly along the middle of a public road forming the northern boundaries of Allotment 112 and southerly generally along the middle of a public road forming the generally western boundaries of Section 3, Block X, Waipu Survey District, and Allotments 131, N91, S91, and N90, Lot 1, D.P. 72860, part Allotment N.W. 89, again Lot 1, D.P. 72860, Allotments 294 and 293; Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 41680; Allotments 88, 229 and 299, the northern and western boundaries of Allotment 21, the south-western boundary of Allotment 22, the southern boundaries of Allotment 206 and south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Allotment 149A, all the aforesaid allotments being of Kaiwaka Parish, to a point in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District, in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 149A aforesaid; thence south-easterly along a right line to and along that south-western boundary, the south-western boundary of Allotment 150A of the said parish, and that boundary produced to and southerly down the middle of the Hakaru River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 193, Oruawharo Parish; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along the southern boundaries of the said Allotment 193, and south-easterly generally along the northern side of a public road forming the generally southern boundaries of Allotments 31, 30, 29, 242, and 18 (as shown on S.O. Plan 3683) and the last boundary produced to the middle of the public road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment W50, Oruawharo Parish; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly generally along the boundary of the Otamatea County, hereinbefore described, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 4, D.P. 2845, in Block XIII, Waipu Survey District, thence northerly along the eastern boundary of the said Lot 4, along a right line across a public road, to and along the eastern boundaries of Lot 10, D.P. 2845; Lot 2, D.P. 37995; Lot 2, D.P. 27868; Lot 2, D.P. 29926, along a right line across State Highway No. 12 to and along the western boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 28821, along a right line across a public road to and along the eastern boundary of Allotment 201, Wairau Parish, along a right line across a public road to and along the eastern boundary of Lot 11, D.P. 3184, crossing the intervening public road to and along the western boundary of Allotment 323, Kaiwaka Parish, and the last boundary produced to the middle of the Piroa Stream; thence easterly up the middle of the said stream to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF MANGAWHAI RIDING
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point, in Block IV, Otamatea Survey District, in the middle of a public road forming the north-western boundary of Allotment W50, Oruawharo Parish, in line with the northern boundary of Allotment 229, and proceeding north-westerly along a right line to and along the northern boundaries of Allotment 229 and continuing along the northern side of a public road forming the southern boundaries of Allotments 18, 21, and 22 (as shown on S.O. Plan 3683) to the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 242; thence westerly generally along the northern side of a public road forming the generally southern boundaries of Allotments 242, 29, 30, 31, and 193, all the aforesaid allotments being of Oruawharo Parish, and the last boundary produced to the middle of the Hakaru River; thence northerly up the middle of the said river to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 150A, Kaiwaka Parish; thence north-westerly along a right line to and along the south-western boundary of the said Allotment 150A, the south-western boundary of Allotment 149A, and that boundary produced to and north-easterly along the middle of a public road forming the northern boundaries of Allotments 206 and 22, the western and northern boundaries of Allotment 21, and the generally western boundaries of Allotments 299, 229, and 88, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 41680; Allotments 293 and 294, Lot 1, D.P. 72860; part Allotment N.W. 89, again Lot 1 D.P. 72860; Allotments N90, S91, N91 and 131, all the aforesaid allotments being of Kaiwaka Parish, and Section 3, Block X, Waipu Survey District, to and westerly along the middle of a public road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 112, Kaiwaka Parish, to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 152, Waipu Parish, thence northerly along a right line to and along the aforesaid boundary, and the last boundary produced across a public road and part Section 12, Block X, Waipu Survey District, to the middle of the Piroa Stream; thence easterly, southerly, and westerly generally along the boundary of Otamatea County hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.
