Land Taken and Vested in Block VIII, Takahue Survey District, Mangonui County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby takes the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29 and hereby declares that the said land shall, when so taken, vest in Chester Wayne Long, farmer, and Gladys Vivienne Long, his wife, both of Kaitaia.

Declaring Land Taken Subject as to Part to a Stormwater Easement for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Te Puke PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to the land secondly described in the said Schedule, to the stormwater easement created by transfer H. 071837.6, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes, from and after the 18th day of November 1976. Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Certain Encumbrances, for the Transmission of Electricity in the Borough of Mount Roskill PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building line restriction contained in K83194 and the fencing agreement contained in transfer No. 705060, North Auckland Land Registry, for the transmission of electricity, from and after the 18th day of November 1976.
