Defining Limits of Tata Bay Harbour

At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of November 1976
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby defines the limits of the Tata Bay harbour to be all that area of the sea and tidal waters inside the arc of a circle of radius one kilometre, centered on the north corner of D.P. 6052, Block III, Totaranui Survey District.

Constitution of the Waitomo Hydatids Control District (No. 1574 Ag. 21171)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 8th day of November 1976
Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. (i) This order may be cited as the Waitomo Hydatids Control District Order 1976.
    (ii) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
  2. The area comprising the Waitomo district, as from time to time constituted, is hereby declared to be a hydatids control district to be called the Waitomo Hydatids Control District.
  3. The Waitomo District Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Waitomo Hydatids Control District.
  4. Revocation-The Waitomo Hydatids Control District Order 1973 is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to section 64B (2) of the Local Elections and Polls Act 1966, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the advice of the Minister of Local Government given at the request of the Porirua City Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. Title-This order may be cited as the Local Elections and Polls (Postal Voting) Order (No. 3) 1976.
  2. Porirua City Council authorised to conduct election by postal vote-The Returning Officer at the election to fill an extraordinary vacancy in the office of the member of the Porirua City Council representing the Porirua Ward to be held in the City of Porirua on the 4th day of December 1976 is hereby authorised to conduct that election by postal vote.

All that piece of land containing 3.5989 hectares, situated in Block VII, Otanewainuku Survey District, being part Allotment 533, Te Papa Parish; as shown on plan S.O. 48838, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked 'A'.
