Land Taken for Electricity Works in Block III, Tapapa East Survey District, Matamata County

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for electricity works and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 18th day of November 1976.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.2980 hectares, situated in Block III, Tapapa East Survey District, being part Whaiti Kuranui SD2 Block; as shown on plan S.O. 48721 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "A".
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of October 1976.

A Sewage Easement over Land Taken for Sanitary Works in Block VII, Thames Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the sewage easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for sanitary works over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Thames-Coromandel District, from and after the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 18th day of November 1976.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
The full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, privilege, and licence in perpetuity for the Thames-Coromandel District Council (hereinafter called "the Council") its agents, servants, workmen, employees, contractors and any other person lawfully entitled thereto from time to time and at all times to drain, discharge, or convey sewage and other waste material and fluid in any quantities along the land described in the Second Schedule hereto and for such purpose to lay, construct, place, remove, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes of a sufficient diameter and of a suitable material for the purpose under the surface of the said land described in the Second Schedule hereto and along the line defined on Survey Office Plan 48366 marked "E" and in order to construct or maintain the efficiency of any such pipeline the full, free, uninterrupted, and unrestricted right, liberty, and privilege for the Council, its agents, servants, workmen, employees, contractors, and any other person lawfully entitled thereto with tools, implements, machinery, vehicles, or equipment of whatever nature necessary for the purpose to enter upon the land described in the Third Schedule hereto and to remain there for any reasonable time for the purpose of laying, inspecting, cleaning, repairing, maintaining, and renewing the said pipeline or any part thereof and of opening up the soil of the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto and to make any cuttings, filling, grades, batters, or trenches and to re-open any such trenches as may be necessary and reasonable subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the lands described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.
SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 36 square metres, situated in Block VII, Thames Survey District, being part Maramarahi Block (Roadway); as shown on plan S.O. 48366, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked "E".
