Amending a Notice Setting Apart Crown Land for State
Housing Purposes in the Borough of Hawera

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice, dated the 2nd day of July 1976, published in New
Zealand Gazette, No. 78, 15 July 1976, at page 1633, declaring
Crown land set apart for State housing purposes in the
Borough of Hawera, pursuant to section 25 of the Public
Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule and substituting
the following Schedule.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block III, Slopedown Survey District, Southland County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby pro-
claims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto,
which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Southland, and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in
Ivan David Dickie, of Ferndale, farmer, and Ivan George
Elder of Gore, accountant (jointly inter se), and the said
