Declaring Land in Nelson Land District, Vested in the Nelson Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Nelson Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—BULLER COUNTY
SECTION 21, Block V, Otumahana Survey District, Deposited Plan Number 1992, being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 70; folio 216, Nelson Registry: area, 2023 square metres, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of October 1976.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 27 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- (i) This order may be cited as the Kaipara Pest Destruction District Abolition Order 1976.
(ii) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

The Kaipara Pest Destruction District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 1st day of April 1971 (New Zealand Gazette on 7 April 1971, p. 618) is hereby abolished.

The assets and liabilities of the board, including any real or personal property, are hereby transferred to the Board of the Rodney County Pest Destruction District.

Major General R. H. F. Holloway, C.B., C.B.E., is reappointed Chief of General Staff of the New Zealand Army from 1 October 1976 until 14 November 1976.
ROYAL REGIMENT OF N.Z. ARTILLERY
Captain (temp. Major) R. A. Williamson is re-engaged until 21 November 1983.
