Revision of District Valuation Rolls
PURSUANT to section 9 of the Valuation of Land Act 1951,
the Valuer-General determines that the district valuation rolls
for the districts, named in the following Schedules, shall
be revised as at the dates shown. These Schedules amend
New Zealand Gazette, No. 104, page 2293, of 7 October
1976.
DISTRICTS TO BE REVISED AS AT 1 JULY 1976
Counties
Akaroa, Egmont, Hokianga, Manawatu, Mount Herbert,
Oxford, Taieri, Thames-Coromandel District, Waiapu, Wai-
pawa.
Boroughs, Cities and Town Districts
Birkenhead, Dunedin, Eltham, Havelock North, Hokitika,
Northcote, Pahiatua, Petone, Pukekohe, Riccarton, Runanga,
Tawa, Tuakau, Waipukurau, Waiuku.

CORRIGENDUM
Supreme Court Sittings 1977
In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 109,
21 October 1976, p. 2423, under heading "Other Places" for
Nelson 10 October read Nelson 3 October and for Blenheim
13 October read Blenheim 10 October.
Amending a Proclamation Taking Land for Works, Appliances,
and Conveniences Necessary, Directly or Indirectly, for the
Generation of Electricity in the Borough of Cromwell and
the County of Vincent

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 3rd day
of August 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 90,
12 August 1976, at page 1865, taking land for works, ap-
pliances, and conveniences necessary, directly or indirectly,
for the generation of electricity in the Borough of Cromwell
and the County of Vincent, pursuant to the Public Works
Act 1928, and section 11 of the Electricity Act 1968, by
omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.

ALL those pieces of land, situated in the Town of Cromwell,
and described as follows:
