Pursuant to Section 284
NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at 9.30 a.m., on the 27th day of October 1976, at 79 Stuart Street, Dunedin, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

Creditors’ attention is drawn to the rights of themselves under section 314 (1) and 315 (2) where the creditor, Ministry of Works and Development, may be contemplating action as landlord.

The shareholders have by resolution, under section 362 (1), dated 18 October 1976, signed a special resolution that the company, because it cannot meet its liabilities, shall be wound up voluntarily.
