Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a teacher's residence, from and after the 28th day
of October 1976.

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Land as Road and Road
Closed and Vested in Blocks XII and XV, Waimata Survey

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice, dated the 14th day of July 1976, and published
in New Zealand Gazette, No. 83, 29 July 1976, page 1736,
proclaiming land as road, and road closed and vested in
Blocks XII and XV, Waimata Survey District, Cook County,
by omitting the First Schedule and substituting the following
First Schedule.
