of TOKOROA BUSES LIMITED, a duly incorporated company
under the provisions of the said Act, and having its registered
office at the offices of Messrs Grayburn Ross & Partners,
Bridge Street, Tokoroa:

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up
of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was,
on the 8th day of September 1976, presented to the said
Court by ALLEN WILLIAM MCPHERSON, of Rotorua, painter,
and the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court
sitting at Rotorua on the 19th day of November 1976 at
10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory
of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose;
and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the under-
signed to any creditor or contributory of the said company
requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for
the same.

or firm or his or their solicitor (if any) and must be served
or, if posted, must be sent by post in sufficient time to
reach the above-named petitioner’s address for service not
later than 4 o’clock in the afternoon of the 18th day of

AUCKLAND REGIONAL AUTHORITY
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

The Auckland Regional Authority, a body corporate con-
stiruted under the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963
(hereinafter called “the Authority”), hereby gives notice that
the land, described in the Schedule hereto, having been de-
signated, pursuant to and for the purposes of section 34L
of the said Act, as highway-improvement land in the oper-
ative district scheme of the City of Auckland (prepared
under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953) is required
to be taken, and that the Authority intends, under the powers
vested in it by the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963,
and the Public Works Act 1928, to take the said land
described in the Schedule hereto under the Public Works
Act 1928 as and for highway improvement land as defined
by the said Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963. And
notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Author-
ity’s secretary on the Third Floor of the Regional House, corner
of Hobson and Wellesley Streets, Auckland, and is open for
inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office
hours. All persons directly affected by the execution of
the said public work or by the taking of the said land, who
wish to make any objections to the execution of the said
public work or to the taking of the said land, not being
objections to the amount or payment of compensation, must
set forth such objection in writing and send the same within
40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington. If any
objection is made, in accordance with this notice, a public
hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector
otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the
time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in the City of Auckland
containing seven hundred and thirty-four square metres
(734 m²) more or less, being the land shown marked “A”
on Auckland Regional Authority Plan 715/12-62, being part
of Lot 5, Deposited Plan 9849, being part Allotment 7,
Parish of Titirangi, and being part of the land comprised
and described in certificate of title, No. 1548/76 (North Auck-
land Registry), and situated at 115 Rosebank Road, Avondale.

THE adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale
of wool held on 15 October 1976 at Timaru was 230.66 cents
per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and
nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 7.73 per-
cent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on
14 October until midnight on 19 October.

Friendly Society, Register No. 4/2, held at Nelson, is dis-
solved by instrument, registered at this office the 12th day
of October 1976, unless within 3 months from the date of
the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, proceedings
be commenced by a member or other person interested in,
or having a claim on, the funds of the society to set aside
such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.
