PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Whangarei 1976, No. 39.
2. The land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land, described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a meeting place, recreation ground, and bathing place for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Maraea Kuri and of Tawhai of the Te Mahurihuri subtribe of Ngapuhi.
