Manage a Reserve

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Pahiatua County Council,
Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Addition of the
Reserve to Manawatu Gorge Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Pahiatua, and
changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule
hereto, from a reserve for gravel purposes to a reserve for
scenic purposes, and further, declares the said reserve to
form part of the Manawatu Gorge scenic reserve.

Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Blocks X and X1,

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the
Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described
