Appointment of Supervising Officer and Honorary Beach Ranger
Pursuant to section 7 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby appoint Joseph Carr to be a supervising officer for the Ministry of Transport Central Region and an honorary beach ranger, for purposes of the Harbours Act 1950.
