Declaring Land Taken for Road in the Borough of Green Island

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, from and after the 14th day of October 1976.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Takapuna City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna, in trust, for that purpose.

Revocation of Reservation

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block II, Mangatoro Survey District

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Dannevirke County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the said land shall be deemed to be Crown Land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Kaikoura County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown Land, subject to the Land Act 1948.

Change of Name of the Hokoroa Scenic Reserve
