CORRIGENDUM
Reappointment of Honorary Community Officers under the Maori Welfare Act 1962

In the notice published in Gazette, No. 80, 22 July 1976, page 1689, for the words "Samuel Prince" read "Samuel Prime" which last-mentioned words appeared in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

In the Proclamation, dated the 27th day of August 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 96, 2 September 1976, page 2015, taking land for street purposes in the City of Wellington, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, for the words
"Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby hereto is hereby taken for street purposes" read
"Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street purposes"
which last-mentioned words appear in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General and by the Minister of Works and Development.

which last-mentioned area and description appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 14th day of October 1976.

All those pieces of land, situated in Block III, Tokaanu Survey District described as follows:
