NOTICE is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to change the purpose for which the land described in the Schedule hereto was required (namely, for a recreation ground) to some other purpose (namely, for street); and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said land is held at the office of the City Solicitor in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, Wellington, and is there open for public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that all persons objecting to the proposal are required to lodge their objections in writing at the offices of the Town Clerk to the said council within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice.

SCHEDULE

All that piece of land containing 221 square metres, more or less, situated in the Borough of Eastbourne, being part of Section 33, Harbour District, and being part of the land in certificate of title 267/258.

NOTE: The land is situated in Williams Park Days Bay. The purpose of dedicating it as street is to provide a vehicle turning area at the top of Korimako Road.
