Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School

PURSUANT to regulation 19b (5) of the Motor Drivers Regu-
lations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the
motor cycle riding school, listed in the Schedule hereto, to
the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction
to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor
cycle in accordance with regulation 19b of the said regulations.

port hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Rotorua County)
   Notice No. 2, 1976.

2. The roads, specified in the Schedule hereto, are hereby
   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The Traffic (Rotorua County) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated
   the 26th day of April 1972*, under section 52 of the Trans-
   port Act 1962, which relates to a road situated within Rotorua
   County at Lake Okareka is hereby revoked.

   County) Notice No. 1, 1976.

2. The area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for
   the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956*.

3. The Traffic (Ohinemuri County) Notice No. 1, 1969,
   dated the 5th day of August 1969†, under regulation 27A
   of the Traffic Regulations relating to Ohinemuri County at
   Whiritoa Beach, is hereby revoked.
