NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROADβ€”MAMAKU ROAD, WAITARA

NOTICE is hereby given that the Taranaki County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the Schedule hereto; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Taranaki County Council, Robe Street, New Plymouth, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, if they have any objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and that if any objection is made, in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

DEVONPORT BOROUGH COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN SECTION 2, PARISH OF TAKAPUNA, FOR A PARKING PLACE

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, notice is hereby given that the Devonport Borough Council requires and intends under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to take, in the manner provided by the Public Works Act 1928 for a parking place, the parcel of land, described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the general purposes of a parking place; and notice is further given that every person directly affected by the taking of the said land is hereby called upon to set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, Tribunals Division, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington; and if any objection is made, in accordance with paragraph (d) of subsection (1) of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928 (as substituted by section 6 (1) of the Public Works Amendment Act 1973), a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that parcel of land, situated in the North Auckland Land Registration District, and within the Borough of Devonport, containing 22.8 perches, more or less, being part of Allotment 21, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 567, folio 242, North Auckland Registry, limited as to parcels.

FEILDING BOROUGH COUNCIL

CONFIRMING NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, and Municipal Corporations Act 1954:

NOTICE is hereby given that the Feilding Borough Council, pursuant to the provision of subsection 5 of section 22 of the Public Works Act 1928, confirms the intention of taking for the purpose of extending the municipal rubbish dump the area of land, described in the Schedule hereunder, and referred to in the notice of intention, dated the 6th day of November 1975, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 101, on 13 November 1975, on page 2576.

SCHEDULE

First, all that parcel of land containing 5.1681 hectares, more or less, situate in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District, in the County of Manawatu, being part Lot 11, D.P. 999, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 7B, folio 1383, Wellington Land Registry, as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 30522, and thereon marked B.

Second, all that parcel of land containing 1.2909 hectares, more or less, situate in Block XIII, Oroua Survey District, in the County of Manawatu, being part Lot 12, D.P. 999, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 7B, folio 1383, Wellington Land Registry, as the same is more particularly delineated on S.O. Plan 30552, and thereon marked C.

The said pieces of land are situated in Ranfurly Road, Manawatu County, adjoining the municipal rubbish dump.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN BLOCKS VIII AND XII, WAIHOU SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR RIVER CONTROL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Hauraki Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for soil conservation and rivers control purposes the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land to be used for the construction of a stopbank and river-control works as part of the Waihou Valley scheme; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land, so required to be taken, is deposited in the offices of the Hauraki Catchment Board, situated at 59 Whitaker Street, Te Aroha, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 54 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that parcel of land containing 4.0500 hectares, being the land in Survey Office plan 48156, being the northern part of the Whakahoru Block, bounded to the north by the Waihou River, to the east by the Raumanga Block, and to the west by the Te Rangiora Block, in Block VIII and Block XII, Waihou S.D. The said parcel of land is a portion of the farm property owned by various Maori owners, occupied by Arthur Ronald Curtis and Colleen Mae Curtis, situated at Rangiora Road, Netherton.
