(i) In the event of the holder committing any offence
against any terms or conditions, made pursuant to the
Government Railways Act 1949, governing the issue or
use of such tickets; or
(ii) In the event of the holder disobeying, obstructing,
or hindering any employee of the department, or damaging
any railway carriage, or interfering with or damaging any
equipment or fittings therein, or being guilty of any other
misconduct on the railway.

  1. Free School Season Tickets

The General Scale of Charges is hereby amended by revoking section 29 thereof.

  1. Restriction on Travel by Specified Trains

Section 36 of the General Scale of Charges is hereby
amended by revoking paragraph 2 and substituting the following new paragraph.

  1. Ticket Restrictionsβ€”Tickets issued under the sections of
    the General Scale of Charges, shown against the train services
    listed below, shall not be available for use on those services:

Train Service
(a) Silver Star .... 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 20, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28,
30, 31, 34, 39.
(b) Silver Fern .... 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 27,
28, 30, 31, 34, 39.
(c) Northerner .... 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30,
31, 39.
(d) Blue Streak .... 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30,
31, 39.
(e) Endeavour .... 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30,
31, 39.
(f) Southerner .... 2, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31, 39.

Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School

PURSUANT to regulation 19D (5) of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the motor cycle riding school, listed in the Schedule hereto, to the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor cycle in accordance with regulation 19D of the said regulations.

THE Auckland Motor Cycle Riding Course, under the direction of Mr G. C. Leathem, and sponsored by Coca-Cola Bottlers (Northern) Limited.

Approval of Motor Cycle Riding School

PURSUANT to regulation 19D (5) of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Transport hereby approves the motor cycle riding school, listed in the Schedule hereto, to the effect that it may issue certificates of riding instruction to enable a person to obtain a full licence to drive a motor cycle in accordance with regulation 19D of the said regulations.

The Traffic (Manukau City - Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice
No. 1, 1976

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Manukau City-
    Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice No. 1, 1976.
  2. The roads, specified in the First Schedule hereto, are
    hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by
    section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The roads, specified in the Second Schedule hereto,
    are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit
    areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The Traffic (Manukau City-Mangere/Otara Wards) Notice
    No. 2, 1975, dated the 12th day of December 1975†, under
    section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A
    of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to an area
    and roads situated within Manukau City in the Mangere and
    Otara wards is hereby revoked.
