Sales Tax Act 1974—Revocation of Notice Specifying Tariff
Items for the Purposes of Section 21 of the Act
PURSUANT to section 21 of the Sales Tax 1974, I, Peter Ian
Wilkinson, hereby revoke the notice Sales Tax Act 1974—
Notice Specifying Tariff Items for the Purpose of Section 21
of the Act, appearing in Gazette, No. 118, of 5 December
1974, p. 2786.
Subsection 2 of section 21 of the Sales Tax Act 1974,
shall no longer apply to the Tariff items, specified in the
Schedule below, with effect from 1 October 1976.

Amending Notice to the Open Season for Game in the Ash-burton, North Canterbury, South Canterbury, Southern Lakes and Waitaki Valley Acclimatisation Districts
THE Minister of Internal Affairs hereby gives notice that
the notice published in the Gazette, No. 24, of 11 March
1976 at p. 501, relating to the open season for game in
certain acclimatisation districts is amended as follows:
In that portion of the Schedule which relates to the Ash-burton Acclimatisation District:
(a) By deleting the following:
