CORRIGENDUM
Appointment of Honorary Community Officers under the Maori Welfare Act 1962
In the Schedule to the notice published in Gazette, No. 76, 8 July 1976, p. 1572, for the words "Mrs Tuta 'I Arbuckle" read "Mrs Tutai 'Arbuckle" which last-mentioned words appear in the original notice signed by the Minister of Maori Affairs.

CORRIGENDUM
In the Proclamation, dated the 17th day of August 1976, published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 95, 26 August 1976, page 1971, declaring land acquired for a local work to be Crown land, pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, in the description of the areas of land containing 15 acres and 8 acres 1 rood 10 perches for "Parts Lot 14, D.P. 134, being part Omarunui 3N Blocks" read "Parts Lot 1, D.P. 2114, being part Paepaetahi Block, Block," which description appears in the original Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General and the Minister of Works and Development.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 30th day of September 1976.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land, situated in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District, described as follows:

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of September 1976.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of September 1976.
