(c) 62 square metres, more or less, being part Lot 2, Deposited plan No. 49996, being part of Allotment 258, Parish of Waikomiti, being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, No. 1D/248, North Auckland Registry, and being the land marked “C” on ARA plan No. 715112/61, and situated at the corner of Binsted Road and Reid Road.

THE adjusted weighted average sale price for the auction sale of wool held on 17 September 1976, at Auckland, was 201.01 cents per kilogram. The specified percentage for the sale and nationally for private buying of wool is, therefore, 1.49 percent. This specified percentage applies from midnight on 16 September until midnight on 22 September.
