Pursuant to section 405 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that Gollin & Company Limited, a company incorporated in Victoria, Australia, with a place of business in Wellington, New Zealand, has ceased to have a place of business, and no longer carries on business, in New Zealand and intends on the expiration of 3 months from the first publication of this notice, namely, the 19th day of August 1976, to apply to the Registrar of Companies to be removed from the Register in New Zealand.
Gollin & Company Limited does not trade in New Zealand. The assets of that company were transferred to Gollin N.Z. Limited, on the 30th day of June 1972, and since that date Gollin N.Z. Limited has carried on, and will continue to carry on and perform, the activities of Gollin & Company Limited.
