Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua County

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having being entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, from and after the 23rd day of September 1976.

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice, dated the 21st day of July 1976, published in Gazette, No. 90, 12 August 1976, at page 1870, setting apart Crown land for the Tauranga -Te Maunga motorway in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, Tauranga County, pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the Schedule, and substituting the following Schedule.

Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Green Island Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block V, Kerikeri Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Bay of Islands County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
