A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of September 1976.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 6031 square metres, situated in Block VI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, being part Section 37, Karori District; as shown on plan S.O. 30801, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington, and thereon marked “A”.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of September 1976.

THE RIGHT HON. R. D. MULDOON PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order shall come into force on 1 October 1976.
- The boundaries of Timaru City shall be altered by including in that district the areas, described in the First Schedule to this order.
- The boundaries of Timaru City shall be altered by excluding from that district the area, described in the Second Schedule to this order.
FIRST SCHEDULE
AREAS TO BE ADDED TO THE CITY OF TIMARU
ALL those areas in the Canterbury Land District, containing 82 hectares, more or less, and being those parcels of reclamation, moles or breakwaters, marked A, B. and C on S.O. Plan 13954.
SECOND SCHEDULE
AREA TO BE EXCLUDED FROM THE CITY OF TIMARU
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, City of Timaru, containing 1 hectare, more or less, and being that parcel of the old north mole marked D on S.O. Plan 13954.
