In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of TURNER & EVANS LIMITED, a company duly incorporated in New Zealand, and having its registered office in the City of Wellington, and carrying on business as manufacturing engineers:
NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 27th day of August 1976, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from $27,000 to $13,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 9th day of September 1976.
The said minute is as follows:
The capital of Turner & Evans Limited is $13,000 divided into 13,000 ordinary shares of $1 each (of which 11,500 shares have been issued and are fully paid up) having been reduced from $27,000 divided into 13,000 ordinary shares of $1 each (of which 11,500 shares have been issued and are fully paid up) and 7,000 preference shares of $2 each (of which 6,750 shares have been issued and are fully paid up).

The adjusted weighted average sale prices for the Wellington and Wanganui sales (both held on 3 September 1976) were deemed to be 195 cents per kilogram. There was therefore no specified percentage retention applicable to these sales, or nationally for private buying, from midnight on 2 September until midnight on 9 September.
