Appointment of Raglan County Council to Control and Manage a Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints the Raglan County Council to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for recreation purposes.

Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council’s reserves account, such money to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other recreation reserves under the control of the council or in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation purposes.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Rotorua County Council on the 11th day of May 1976:
That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Rotorua County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said county in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act.
