The said roads or streets or parts thereof are shown in
detail on the said plans, but a general description of them
is as follows:
Part of Mount Eden Road containing eighteen decimal
one perches (18.1 perches) and approximately seventy-five
feet (75 feet) in length south of Balmoral Road.
Part of Dominion Road containing nine decimal eight
perches (09.8 perches) and approximately forty feet (40 feet)
in length south of Balmoral Road.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL those pieces of land shown stippled on the Authority's
Plans No. 720016-02 and 720016-03, such lands being situated
in the North Auckland Land District.
