PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Southland, and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest in Owen Michael
James Spratt and Donald Owen Spratt, both of Otaraia,
farmers, as tenants-in-common in equal shares, subject to
mortgage 268686 and electricity agreement 277720, Southland
