Road Closed in Block I, Benmore Survey District, Waitaki County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Vested, Land Taken and Vested in Block XLIII, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland, also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule, hereto, also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, shall vest in Clara May Hassed, of Kauana, widow (¼ share), and Hugh Arthur James Neilson, formerly of Nightcaps and now of Kauana, farmer (½ share), as tenants-in-common in the said shares subject to mortgages No. 199321 and 245136, Southland Land Registry, the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule, when so closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when so taken, shall vest in Ronald Charles Gerald Stewart, of Winton, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 275543 and 288667, Southland Land Registry.
