Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Block XV, Waipukurau Survey District, Waipawa County, and Declared to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby:
(a) proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Hawke's Bay Catchment Board as from the 29th day of January 1976;
and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

HAWE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT

All those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Waipukurau Survey District, Hawke's Bay R.D., described as follows:

Declaring Land in South Auckland Land District, Vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the South Auckland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTOROHANGA COUNTY

Lot 1 of Section 8, Block II, Orahiri Survey District: area, 2.0234 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 25856).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of January 1976.
