2. Upon completion of the transfer of assets the Victoria Memorial Home Society or Trust Board will be disbanded and wound up.

Copies of the scheme may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Invercargill. The date proposed for the hearing of the application is 16 February 1976, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is hereby required to give written notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Invercargill and to the Victoria Memorial Home Society or Trust Board at the office of its Solicitors Messrs Watson & Watson, 38 Esk Street, Invercargill, and to The Presbyterian Social Service Association of Southland at the office of its Solicitors Messrs Macdonald & Bayley, 37 Esk Street, Invercargill, and to the Attorney-General, not less than seven (7) clear days before 16 February 1976.
