MATTER of a special partnership known as 'PUNA MARA
NGAHERE LIMITED AND COMPANY:
WE, RICHARD NEIL WATSON, and GEORGE ANTHONY JOHN
KNOBLOCH, both of Waipukurau, Chartered Accountants,
WARREN DAVID BRUCE PICKETT, of Waipawa, Chartered Ac-
countant, and ALBERT EDWARD GEORGE JULL, of Waipawa,
Merchant, and PUNA MARA NGAHERE LIMITED, a duly incor-
porated company having its registered office at Waipukurau,
do hereby jointly and severally certify in manner following
that is to say:
- That we sign this Certificate with intent that it be regis-
tered in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Napier for
the purpose of formation, under the provisions of Part II
of the Partnership Act 1908, of a special partnership to be
carried on after duly formed under the style or firm name
of "Puna Mara Ngahere Limited and Company" (hereinafter
called "the partnership"). - That the names and places of residence of all of the
partners in the partnership are as follows:
(a) The Only General Partner is PUNA MARA NGAHERE
LIMITED a duly incorporated company having its
registered office at Waipawa the only shareholders
in which company are:
RICHARD NEIL WATSON, who resides in Porangahau
Road, Waipukurau.
GEORGE ANTHONY JOHN KNOBLOCH, who resides at
Kippo, R.D.1., Waipawa.
WARREN DAVID BRUCE PICKETT, who resides at 20
Domain Road, Waipawa.
ALBERT EDWARD GEORGE JULL, who resides at
Lindsay Road, Waipukurau.
(b) The Only Special Partners are the abovenamed and
described Richard Neil Watson, George Anthony
John Knobloch, Warren David Bruce Pickett, and
Albert Edward George Jull. - That the special partners abovenamed contribute to the
capital of the partnership the sums respectively set beside
their names hereunder namely:

and the general partner abovenamed contributes to the part-
nership capital the sum of $1,050. - That the general nature of the business to be transacted

partnership is to be transacted is in the Hawke's Bay Province
and more particularly in the rural area centred on the City
of Napier. - That the partnership is to commence forthwith, after this
certificate shall have been registered in the office of the
Supreme Court at Napier, and is to terminate on the day
6 years and 364 days after the date of such registration.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up
of the above-mentioned company by the Supreme Court was
on the 28th day of October 1975 presented to the said Supreme
Court by WESTMINSTER CHEMICAL N.Z. LIMITED of Auckland,
and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the
Court sitting at Auckland on the 19th day of November 1975
at 10 o'clock in the forenoon: and any creditor or contribu-
tory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the
making of an order on the said petition may appear at the
time of the hearing in person or by his counsel for the
purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the
undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said
company requiring a copy on payment of the regulation charge
for the same.
