TAKE notice:
(1) That the above-named company resolved, on the 28th
day of October 1975, as a special resolution, pursuant to
section 362 (1) of the above Act as follows:
"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of members
of Rea Enterprises Ltd that the company cannot, by
reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it
is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that
the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That a meeting of the creditors of the above-named
company will be held at the Chamber of Commerce Hall,
corner of Oxford Terrace and Worcester Street, Christchurch,
on the 7th day of November 1975, at 2.15 p.m. for the pur-
poses set out in sections 284, 285, 286 and 287 of the above
Act.
