The Traffic (Morrisville Borough) Notice No. 2, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Morrisville
    Borough) Notice No. 2, 1975.
  2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
    excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section
    52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is
    hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit
    area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regu-
    lations 1956*.
  4. The Traffic (Morrisville Borough and Piako County)
    Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 17th day of February 1975†,
    under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulations
    27 and 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which related
    to part of State Highway No. 26, situated within Morris-
    ville Borough and Piako County, is hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Morrisville Borough:
    No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from the south-
    western boundary of Morrisville Borough to a point 320
    metres measured north-easterly generally along the said State
    highway from the said boundary and from Seales Road to
    the north-eastern boundary of Morrisville Borough.
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Morrisville Borough and Piako County:
    No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu): from a point
    160 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said
    State highway from the south-western boundary of Morris-
    ville Borough to a point 320 metres measured north-easterly
    generally along the said State highway from the said boundary
    and from Seales Road to Oak Street.

    The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 2, 1975
    PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
    port hereby gives the following notice.
    NOTICE
  5. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taieri County)
    Notice No. 2, 1975.
  6. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
    for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
    1956*.
  7. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
    purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  8. The Traffic (Taieri County) Notice 1969, dated the 18th
    day of March 1969†, under section 52 of the Transport
    Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956,
    which relates to roads in Taieri County at Fairfield is hereby
    revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Taieri County at Fairfield.
    No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff): from a point 50
    metres measured easterly generally along the said highway
    from Howarth Road to a point 300 metres measured westerly
    generally along the said highway from Main South Road.
    Main South Road: from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-
    Bluff) to a point 80 metres measured north-westerly generally
    along the said road from the said highway.
    SECOND SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Taieri County at Fairfield:
    Bellona Lane.
    Centennial Road.
    Coach Road.
    Fairplay Street.
    Flower Street: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)
    to Martin Road.
    Freyburg Road.
    Fry Street.
    Kennedy Road.
    Martin Road.
    Old Brighton Road: from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-
    Bluff) to a point 180 metres measured south-westerly generally
    along the said road from Walton Park Avenue.
    Robert Street.
    Saddle Hill Road: from the junction of the eastern end
    of Saddle Hill Road with No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-
    Bluff) to a point 150 metres measured westerly generally
    along Saddle Hill Road from the said junction.
    Sickel Street.
    Walton Park Avenue.

    port hereby gives the following notice.

  9. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Thames Coro-
    mandel District - Urban Division) Notice No. 3, 1975.
  10. The area specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
    declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
    of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  11. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
    hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
    for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
    1956*.
  12. The Traffic (Thames Borough) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated
    the 28th day of May 1975†, under section 52 of the Trans-
    port Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
    1956*, which relates to roads situated within Thames Borough
    is hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED at Thames and Tararu:
    All that area with the exception of the No. 25 State High-
    way (Pipiroa-Waihi via Coromandel) from Burke Street to
    a point due west of the northern boundary of the Tararu
