Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Hauraki Plains County Council on the 27th day of July 1975:
"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it, by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Hauraki Plains County Council hereby resolves that the pieces of land, held by the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the said County in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for drainage purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Temporary Restriction Withdrawal Notice (No. 2) 1975.
   (ii) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.
