PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Buller; and hereby pro-
claims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with
as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Waitemata

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Waitemata from and after the
6th day of November 1975.
