Declaring Land Taken for the Buildings of the General
Government in the Borough of Cromwell

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken together with a drainage easement over Lot 1, as
shown on D.P. 15398, for buildings of the General Government from and after the 6th day of November 1975.

State primary school from and after the 6th day of November 1975.
