Commissioner of Supreme Court Appointed
PURSUANT to section 47 of the Judicature Act 1908, the
Right Honourable Sir Richard Wild, K.C.M.G., Chief Justice
of New Zealand, has this day appointed George Allan Hard-
wick, of 136 Liverpool Street, Sydney, New South Wales,
Australia, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South
Wales, to be a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand in New South Wales, for the purpose of administer-
ing oaths, affidavits, and affirmations as in the said section
mentioned.

Appointment of Consul-General for the United States of
America at Auckland

Appointment of Temporary Judge of the Supreme Court
HIS Excellency the Governor-General in Council in the name
and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen has been pleased

Court, for a period of 12 months from and inclusive of the
6th day of October 1975.
