State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Pirongia State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY— RAGLAN COUNTY
SECTION 10, Block XV, Kariori Survey District: area, 6.5761 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 17963).
As shown on plan N. 64/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Clifton as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of November 1975.
