- This certificate of title is issued subject to a right of way over Lot 5, appurtenant to Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7, plan 17246 created by transfer 184084.
The application and a plan attached thereto may be examined at the office of the Auckland City Council, Administration Building, Cook Street, Auckland 1, during normal office hours and any person or body affected may object to the application by notice in writing delivered to the Town Clerk, Auckland City Council, Private Bay, Auckland, not later than 4 p.m. on the 16th day of November 1975. Every objector shall state the grounds of the objection and whether the objector wishes to be heard by the Council in support of his objection and shall serve on the applicant a copy of the objection.

HAWE'S BAY COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke's Bay County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the re-alignment of Pakowhai Road and for the purpose of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for road. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land, so required to be taken, is deposited in the public office of the Hawke's Bay County Council, situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth such objection in writing and send the same within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board, P.O. Box 12-244, Wellington North. If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 70 of the Friendly Societies Act 1909, by writing under his hand dated this 22nd day of October 1975, cancelled the Registry of Court Rahotu, No. 6608, Register No. 216/8, with registered office at New Plymouth, a branch of the Taranaki, New Zealand District of the Ancient Order of Foresters' Friendly Society, on the ground that the said branch has ceased to exist.
