NOTICE is hereby given that, by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 17th day of October 1975, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at Canterbury Chamber of Commerce Building, corner Worcester Street & Oxford Terrace, at 10 a.m. on the 28th day of October 1975.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS TO PROVE DEBTS OR CLAIMS

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of MARINE PARK (NZ) LTD. (in voluntary liquidation):

NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Marine Park (NZ) Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 7th day of November 1975 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, and IN THE MATTER of CREDIT & INVESTMENT CORPORATION LIMITED a company duly incorporated in New Zealand having its registered office in the City of Auckland:

NOTICE is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand dated the 1st day of October 1975 confirming the reduction in capital of the abovenamed company from $191,940 to $100 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the abovementioned Act was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 21st day of October 1975. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

“The capital of Credit & Investment Corporation Limited is one hundred dollars ($100) divided into fifty (50) ordinary shares of two dollars ($2) each having been reduced from one hundred and ninety-one thousand nine hundred and forty dollars ($191,940) divided into twenty seven thousand five hundred and fifty (27,550)

preference shares of two dollars ($2) each fully paid and sixty eight thousand four hundred and twenty (68,420) ordinary shares of two dollars ($2) each fully paid.”
