   IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, and
   in the matter of GISBORNE AERO CLUB (Incorporated)
   (in liquidation):
   Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 291 of the
   Companies Act 1955 that a general meeting of members and
   creditors of the above-named society will be held at Federated
   Farmers meeting room on the corner of Grey and Kahutia
