4. The Traffic (Waitemata City) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated
   the 31st day of January 1975+, under section 52 of the Trans-
   port Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
   1956* which relates to roads situated within Waitemata City
   is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata City.
At Huia:
Foster Avenue.
Huia Road: from a point 640 metres measured easterly
generally along the said road from Foster Avenue to Upland
Road.
At Laingholm and Laingholm Central:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the eastern side of Laingholm Drive 300 metres measured
northerly generally along the said roadside from Janet Road;
thence across Laingholm Drive at right angles from its eastern
side to its western side; thence westerly generally by a right
line to a point on the north-eastern side of Victory Road
opposite the northern side of Karen Road; thence across
Victory Road at right angles from its north-eastern side to
its south-western side; thence along the northern side of
Karen Road to its terminating point; thence due south-west
by a right line to the north-eastern bank of the Big Muddy
Creek; thence south-easterly generally along the said bank
to the shore of the Manukau Harbour; thence north-easterly
generally along the said shore to the western bank of the
Little Muddy Creek; thence northerly generally along the
said bank to a point opposite the commencing point; thence
due west by a right line to the commencing point.
At Parau:
Armour Road,
Huia Road: from the Parau Track to a point 240 metres
measured south-westerly generally along Huia Road from
Armour Road.
At Titirangi and Green Bay:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the shore of the Manukau Harbour where the western
boundary of Auckland City meets the eastern boundary of
Waitemata City; thence northerly generally along the western
boundary of Auckland City to the southern boundary of
New Lynn Borough; thence westerly generally along the
southern boundary of New Lynn Borough to the southern
boundary of Glen Eden Borough; thence westerly generally
along the southern boundary of Glen Eden Borough to a
point on the south-western side of Glengarry Road 100 metres
measured westerly generally along Glengarry Road from
Phillips Avenue; thence southerly generally by a right line
to the southern terminating point of Phillips Avenue and along
the prolongation of the aforesaid right line to the northern
side of the Scenic Drive; thence south-easterly generally along
the northern side of the Scenic Drive to a point 60 metres
measured southerly generally along the said roadside from
Huia Road; thence south-easterly generally across the Scenic
Drive at right angles from its north-western side to its south-
eastern side; thence north-easterly generally along the south-
eastern side of the said roadside to the western side of Huia
Road; thence southerly and westerly generally along the
western and northern sides of Huia Road to a point 520
metres measured south-westerly generally along the said road-
side from the Scenic Drive; thence easterly generally across
Huia Road at right angles from its north-western side to its
south-eastern side; thence south-westerly generally along the
south-eastern side of Huia Road to the northern side of
Landing Road; thence easterly generally along the northern
side of Landing Road to the eastern bank of the Little
Muddy Creek; thence southerly generally along the said eastern
bank to the shore of the Manukau Harbour; thence north-
