as far as practicable, for a morning service on this day to
commence at such time as to enable two minutes' silence
to be observed at 11 o'clock.
When a citizens' memorial service is held, it is suggested
that it should be at the local cenotaph or war memorial.

PURSUANT to the Post Office Act 1959, notice is hereby given
that the result of the weekly prize draw No. 3 for 18 October
1975 is as follows:

The Traffic (Tauranga County and Ohinemuri County) Notice
No. 5, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County
and Ohinemuri County) Notice No. 5, 1975. -
The area specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes
of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. -
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the
purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, to the
intent that a person driving any motor vehicle thereon at
any time during the period commencing with the 20th day
of December in each year and ending with the 10th day of
February in the next ensuing year, and the period com-
mencing with the Thursday preceding Easter and ending
with the Tuesday following Easter each year, shall be subject
to the maximum speed limit of 50-kilometres-an-hour fixed
by the said section. -
The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956*. -
The Traffic (Ohinemuri County) Notice 1954, dated the
31st day of May 1954†, under section 36 of the Transport
Act 1949, and the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice 1969,
dated the 20th day of January 1969†, under section 52 of
the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic
Regulations 1956* which relate to roads situated within Ohine-
muri County and Tauranga County are hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Ohinemuri County and Tauranga County
at Waihi Beach:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point
on the southern side of Wilson Road 50 metres measured
westerly generally along the said road from The Crescent;
thence south-westerly generally by a right line to the western
terminating end of Farm Road; thence due south by a right
line for a distance of 400 metres, thence south easterly
generally by a right line to a point where the north-western
boundary of Tauranga County and Ohinemuri County crosses
the south-western side of Seaforth Road; thence south-easterly
generally along the south-western side of Seaforth Road to
a point 860 metres measured south-easterly generally along
the said side of the said road from Emerton Road; thence
due east by a right line to the shore of the Bay of Plenty;
thence north-westerly generally along the said shore line to
a point due east of the northern terminating end of The
Terrace; thence due west to the said end of The Terrace;
thence south-westerly generally by a right line to the north-
western terminating end of Oceanview Road; thence due
south-west by a right line for a distance of 900 metres; thence
easterly generally by a right line to the south-eastern side
of Beach Road at its intersection with the northern side of
Wilson Road; thence easterly generally along the northern
side of Wilson Road to a point 50 metres measured westerly
generally along the said side of the said road from The
Crescent; thence across Wilson Road at right angles from its
northern side to the commencing point.

Pio Road.

The Traffic (Waitemata City - Lincoln, Te Atatu Wards) Notice
No. 2, 1975
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Trans-
port hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waitemata City -
Lincoln, Te Atatu Wards) Notice No. 2, 1975. -
All roads in the Lincoln and Te Atatu Wards in Wai-
temata City, other than those specified in the First Schedule
hereto, are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed
imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962. -
The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are
hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas
for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956*. -
The Traffic (Waitemata City) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated
the 31st day of January 1975†, under section 52 of the Trans-
port Act 1962 and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations
1956* which relates to roads in Waitemata City is hereby
revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Waitemata City:
Adjacent to Henderson Borough:
Forest Hill Road: from Henderson Valley Road to a point
320 metres measured south-westerly generally along Forest
Hill Road from Pine Avenue.
Henderson Valley Road: from the south-western boundary
of Henderson Borough to a point 640 metres measured north-
westerly generally along the said road from Pine Avenue.
Parrs Cross Road: from Henderson Valley Road to a point
240 metres measured north-westerly generally along Parrs
Cross Road from Holdens Road.

At Hobsonville:
Hobsonville Road: from the No. 16 State Highway
(Auckland-Wellsford) to Brighams Creek Road and from
Wisely Road to a point 320 metres measured north-easterly
