Bona Vacantia Disclaimed
IN the matter of section 338 of the Companies Act 1955,
and in the matter of ONGA-TIKO LIME COMPANY
LTD. (a dissolved company):
NOTICE is hereby given as follows:
-
That on the 31st day of January 1975, it came to the
notice of the Secretary to the Treasury that the estate in
fee simple of the above-named Onga-Tiko Lime Company
Ltd. in all that piece of land situated in the Borough of
Waipawa containing 2 square metres, more or less, being
Part Lot III, Deeds Plan 3, part Block 16, Patangata Crown
Grant District, situated in Block XI, Waipukurau Survey
District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate
of title H.B., Volume 83, folio 13, limited as to parcels
(Hawke’s Bay Registry), had vested in the Crown pursuant
to section 337 of the above-mentioned Act; -
That on the date aforesaid application was received by
the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown’s title to the
said estate in fee simple to be disclaimed; -
That no such application as aforesaid was received by
the Secretary to the Treasury before the date aforesaid; -
That the Crown’s title to the said estate in fee simple
is hereby disclaimed.

in fee simple of the above-named F. R. Furminger Ltd.
in all that piece of land situated in the Borough of Waipawa
containing 38 square metres, more or less, being Part Lot III,
Deeds Plan 3, part Block 16, Patangata Crown Grant District,
situated in Block XI, Waipukurau Survey District, and being
the balance of the land contained in certificate of title H.B.,
Volume 79, folio 9, limited as to parcels (Hawke’s Bay
Registry), had vested in the Crown pursuant to section 337
of the above-mentioned Act; -
That on the date aforesaid application was received by
the Secretary to the Treasury for the Crown’s title to the
said estate in fee simple to be disclaimed; -
That no such application as aforesaid was received by
the Secretary to the Treasury before the date aforesaid; -
That the Crown’s title to the said estate in fee simple
is hereby disclaimed.

NOTICE is hereby given that sittings of the Maori Appellate Court
and of the Maori Land Court will be held during the period 1 April
1975 to 31 December 1976 at the places and commencing on the

The hour of commencement of each sitting (and the date and
