PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works
and Development hereby (a) declares the piece of road
described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government road,
and (b) stops the said road.

Maritime Park
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby

reserve for esplanade purposes and further, pursuant to the
Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares that the
said reserve shall be added to and form part of the Hauraki
Gulf Maritime Park, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf
Maritime Park Board.
