As shown on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington. The said land is situated adjoining the Waihou River, approximately 3 miles south of Ngahina Bridge on State Highway No. 2.

Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block I, Arapawa Survey District, Marlborough County for a Public Reserve
NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for a public reserve the land described in the Schedule hereto such land to be used for scenic and recreation purposes. And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Picton and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land, should if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington, and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

As shown on plan 5/300/1 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington; and thereon edged yellow.
The pieces of land are all situated on the western shore of Kumutoto Bay approximately 11 kilometres north-east of Picton across Queen Charlotte Sound.
All the land contained in certificates of title No. 2A/197, 2A/198, 2A/199, and 2A/200 comprises a block starting at a point approximately 352 metres north of Kumutoto Point, extending inland approximately 279 metres, northwards along the coast for a distance of approximately 406 metres and inland at the north for approximately 704 metres, on the east the land is bounded by scenic reserve.
All the land contained in certificates of title No. 2A/191, 2A/192, 2A/193, and 2A/194 comprises a block starting on the coast at a point approximately 158 metres north of the first mentioned block and extends 215 metres northwards and 650 metres inland.
All the land contained in certificates of title No. 2A/186 and 2A/187 comprises a block starting at a point on the coast approximately 253 metres north of the second mentioned block and extending northwards along the coast for a distance of approximately 110 metres and inland at the north for approximately 544 metres, the eastern boundary of the block is land which is scenic reserve.

Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, Franklin County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway from and after the 13th day of February 1975.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1.2815 hectares situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, being part Allotment 48, Opaheke Parish, on D.P. 8039; marked βAβ on plan S.O. 49815 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Incorporated, and Road Closed and Vested in Southland County
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and that the road first, secondly, and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown lease R.L. No. F68 recorded in register book, Volume 348, folio 12, Otago Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Trustees, Executors, and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited and Dulcie Margaret Stewart, of Greenvale, married woman, subject to memoranda of Mortgages No. 132290 and 358290, Otago Land Registry, also declares that the road lastly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed vest in John Harvey McKenzie, of Greenvale, farmer, and Sybil Mary McKenzie, of Greenvale, spinster, as tenants-in-common in equal shares subject to memoranda of Mortgages No. 309802 and 315237, Otago Land Registry.
