Declaring Land Taken for an Institution Established Under the
Child Welfare Act 1925 in the City of Gisborne
P!RSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925,
from and after the 13th day of February 1975.

PUSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,

for the purposes of Part II of the Urban Renewal and Housing
Improvement Act 1945 and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the City of Wellington from and after the 13th
day of February 1975.
